GENERAL RULES:
In order to ensure the benefit of consumers, improve the quality of after-sales service, Haitian Pipe Fittings (Vietnam) Co., Ltd will assist you to exchange new products of the same type if the product has a problem that cannot be solved immediately. (due to manufacturer error). Products can only be exchanged when all of the following conditions are met.
CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION:
Return period: 15 days and meet the following conditions:
- The product is determined to have a technical defect by the Haitian Technician, Pipe Fittings (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.
- Received products must be intact, porous.
- Products received without external errors (scratches, breaks, dents distorted, …)
- Products received back must have all the accompanying documents such as vouchers of purchase, VAT invoices if any).
CASE NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE:
- You want to change the type and size without prior notice.
- You do not operate properly instructions that cause product damage.
- You do affect to the outside of the product itself such as scratches, scratches, breaks, …
- The product has been checked and signed by you to confirm the condition, but then you request to return and exchange the goods due to the appearance of faults (scratches, dents, yellowing, breaks …)
PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING PROCEDURES FOR CHANGE RETURNS:
- Please contact Haitian Pipe Fittings (Vietnam) Co., Ltd directly and confirm the status with the content of goods.
- Damage due to technical errors cannot be repaired immediately, bartering will be done in accordance with regulations of Haitian Pipe Fittings (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.
- The process of handling return or exchange procedures is carried out within 3 days after receiving all information and papers as prescribed by customers.
